Avoid taking this course with Dr. Glik at all costs (unless you already have 10+ years of program planning experience and are already an expert, then you should be fine). There is nothing worse than a professor who is completely useless when it comes to helping her students learn the material and who is also a harsh grader. Also the most culturally INcompetent professor I have ever had - I can't tell you how many students were personally offended by her "jokes" and comments during the quarter.
