Here is the thing with Professor Pan's class, you will get a good grade (meaning B or higher) but you will not leave the class knowing anything more than you already knew. I did HORRIBLY (was ranked 74 out of 100 or something) and got a B. If you are in the upper half of the class, you get an A. However, the material in EE2 is very complicated and difficult and even A students that I have talked to don't really know anything. The graders grade the exams very generously citing that they "could tell you were trying" by giving you a better grade.
If you are a EE major, you probably shouldn't take this course because you will be screwed in the future if you don't know the material but otherwise, take it, learn nothing, and get a good grade. That is, unless you actually want to learn
