Maybe I am different from most of the students, I am not really like this professor. He will curve but not round up 0.1 ever. He never replies emails after the final exam, and usually in rude or confusing words, like " I told this balabala" instead of Yes or No. Recording has a blurry quality, too.

straightforward exam. just memorize and understand what he taught during class and get a A range

One of the best professor in Econ department.
His lectures are clear, and exams follow his lectures and study questions. There are no surprise at all.
You need to fully understand the material to do well in the exams, but that's not hard, given that he posts lecture notes online.
No homework for this class. So it is a very good econ elective to take, not time-consuming at all.
