Spring 2025 - Great GE class! Class was held twice a week and attendance is mandatory and is taken at the beginning of each class. Each week there would be a discussion day to talk about the assigned reading(s) (they were on Perusall and you had to leave 2 or so comments on the text) and a lecture day. There are 4 portfolio assignments that are 2 pages each and super easy and fun (basically just journaling about topics related to the class). I really enjoyed Prof. Cooney and felt she was very approachable. Content was interesting and not difficult (kinda like basic empathy mixed with a little history and nature lol). I would take it again as a GE!
