Having worked with Flavio for two full years in SRP99 for Chem-E-Car, I can say that he is an incredibly thoughtful TA and adviser to our project. He helped challenge our methodology and how we approached solving problems by challenging us to apply what we've learned in our coursework. Additionally, he is incredibly knowledgeable from experience in industry and academia and applies that to our lab sessions. I had a great time learning from Flavio these past two years.

Flavio was an amazing TA and extremely helpful when performing experiments and analyzing data in lab. Every comment he made was meaningful, and the students in his class drew from his knowledge pool that he's developed working both in industry and doing research toward his PhD. Flavio was an essential part of our success in SRP 99, and all of us students will be thankful that he was our TA.

Flavio is a great TA and I really appreciate the time he spent late into the evening being my supervisor for SRP 99. His constant dedication and energy was instrumental to our success in Chem-E-Car. If it were not for Flavio's accommodation of our late evening hours, Chem-E-Car as we know it would not have been possible.

Flavio is a very helpful TA. He was very willing to put in extra hours to help our teams to succeed outside of the two times per week, 2 hour labs. He often would stay an extra hour, or add more lab availability during the week. His mechanical background was a great pairing for Chem-E Car, because you have to mix mechanical with chemical engineering. He's also a great guy to talk to and get to know! I really appreciated how much he cared about our team's success! Thanks Flavio!
