Professor Kernell is one of the kindest and most accommodating professors at UCLA I have ever had the pleasure of engaging in a class with. I just want to highlight how numerous times in the quarter I faced medical problems and Professor Kernell allowed me to attend class via zoom from her personal computer allowing me to remain in pace with the materials and with the rest of my peers. Her TA who I only put initials of here (G.A.) was nothing short of miraculous with regard to ensuring we knew the material, she was always available for email or zoom whenever I needed to meet with her. Point-in-fact is this class isn't exactly the easiest - I mean come on it's an upper division class - but both the professor and her TA's ensure that we are on par with the standards of the class and retaining the information. I would give her 100 stars if I could.
