Professor Wagener is a really chill professor. He cracks random jokes and is able to effectively teach his students without boring them into sleep. You truly learn a lot and have fun while doing so. I highly recommend him.

Prof Wagener is one of the most amazing professors at this school! He is easy to talk to, very knowledgable in his field, and his classes were never boring. If you are interested in studying abroad with EAP he is also a great resource!! I wish all of my German classes were taught by him!!

Prof Wagener is awesome! He knows what he's talking about. He's knowledgable in everything and makes you feel very welcome in seeking his help with anything. He's a great guy, very nice. Classes are enjoyable and reading is interesting. He's a great source for EAP. Take him if you can!

Funny professor who tries to keep his lectures somewhat interesting, you dont always have to read his books since he discusses them in lecture thoroughly and the exams are difficult yet pretty fair. Dont try to create new ideas or disagree with him, accept what he has told you and say right back to him and you have a good grade
