He's a great professor; his lectures are very engaging, and he offers a lot of options for the midterm and final that appeal to people of numerous different majors. I'm a STEM major and enjoyed this course and the projects, so there's no reason for anybody else not to have fun with it. Note that this course isn't an easy A, but it also isn't a hard one; it's just in the right spot where there's some challenge that brings out a good side of you that you didn't think you had. Also, make sure you read the weekly plays before each class. Participation is graded, so if you've read the plays, you'll be able to contribute in the engaging lectures. Also, don't worry as much about lecture notes in this class when it comes to studying. Definitely take them, but don't stress over the little things since he posts the slides on canvas. The one exam, which is the midterm, is mostly on the plays we've read, so make sure to read them all before you take it and try to understand the theme of each play, which will be discussed in class in advance. There are a lot of extra credit opportunities provided as well, and this course costs $0.
