Quarter: Fall 2024

Chill, fun class if you’re interesting in learning about coffee. First half of the quarter is just simple labs and if you finish early you’re free to go, almost never took the whole 3 hrs. Second half (week 6-10) was experimentation time for the final project which was a friendly competition for who could make the best coffee. Super easy as long as you show up and do your work.

Andrew and Lauren are the best TAs, hands down! This class was great; there's nothing to criticize. I'd like to say, though, that this class made me hate coffee even more, LOL, but otherwise, it was such a great experience and worth my Fridays at 9 am.
