Prof Wang is a knowledgeable and kind woman. I learned a lot in this class, and I’d definitely take her again. Weekly assignments consisted of a paragraph-long discussion post asking about your reflection on the readings, with two connections to your life/ past courses. She had two group projects (members are randomized). We also had an interview project and a three-page single-spaced essay as our final (submitted online, take home). No final exam. Midterm (also online, take home) was based on our first group project, the different groups made the questions themselves. Attendance is mandatory btw, and sometimes she takes attendance twice during the lecture. The class is very chill. Just attend, do your weekly assignment, and you’ll be okay :)
