The course is excellent. The quizzes are real easy, but keep you sharp and up to date with the readings. Class does require to read regularly, but I think it's worth it. I had wanted to learn more about Mexican Politics for a long time, but never saw any PS courses on the topic. Some of the readings were pretty complicated, but he distilled them in lecture and made them easier to grasp. Some of my favorite stuff were the two movies we saw. Readings dealing with economics were kind of boring and complicated, but lectures were pretty clear. And he was super responsive to emails. All in all, a good course on a great topic that I really wanted to learn more about.
