Quite literally the best class I've taken at UCLA. Amazing teacher who genuinely cares about students and their success. I had no experience with instruments at all and LJ took the time to mentor me to the point where I could ultimately perform in front of a live audience. Whether you're already musically gifted or just need some units I literally cannot recommend this class enough. Also if you can't enroll beforehand shoot LJ an email and show up to class the first day, he gives PTE numbers.
