The course materials are very difficult. It was helpful to have a caring professor who was willing to explain in multiple ways in attempt to make it easier to understand. Prof Kong genuinely wants his students to learn and do well. If someone wants to pursue Actuary, he is the best professor as a mentor as well.

hard and challenging professor. yet, he is a nice guy and everything is fair enough with him. When you are down with you suffering grace/midterm, he will encourage you a lot, and that's why you will finally do better and better in his class.
