Spring 2025 - This is the best class I've had so far, simply because Professor Riu is such an amazing teacher. I will glaze him until I die. He truly cares about his students. He sat 1:1 with me when I felt like I was struggling, walked me through problems, and gave me motivation when I felt defeated. But yeah, even when he received some mid-quarter criticisms, he actually listened to the claims and made compromises, which kinda blew my mind. I haven't seen a professor publicly address any issues and make changes like that. Aside from all my personal glaze, he is a great professor and a funny guy; he teaches from his slides, and they are relatively easy lectures to follow. I also really appreciated his extra credit and his kind, loving, and wonderful soul. I want to be friends with him so bad, and whenever I see him in the hallways, it makes me miss his class...
