Fall 2024 - I honestly found this class pretty manageable! I only studied around 6 hours for each exam and the final, and I did em well. Alsooo I didn't even need to go to his lecture, I think his problem sets were really good. The homework load was a bit on the heavier side, but definitely not as intense as Math 131(or 132) or Abstract Algebra courses. I’m not sure how different professors structure the course, but under this professor, it really felt like a easy solid prep course for Math 101! Approachable and fair. I eventually switched my major to pure math, but I’m still glad I took this class. It was one of the few moments during the fall quarter when I felt like I could actually breathe a little between tougher math courses. Good luck to all the Math/Econ folks this class might be a great fit for you!
