I loved Professor Fleming. He makes the classroom an enjoyable place to be. He keeps the energy up in the room and makes it a respectful place for discussion. He's been teaching this course for around 2 decades and he obviously loves his job. Don't worry about your grade at all as long as you engage in lecture and complete the quarter long outside internship you will be guided through.
The class is structured around guest speakers and each week you will be assigned some light readings to prepare to listen to a guest speaker and ask them follow up questions afterwards. So the class is truly just 9 weeks of informal lectures and discussion with the guest speakers in their respective unique professions. You are asked to write a one page email each week to the professor and its just a reflection on your week, your internship, the new readings, and the last guest speaker.
Overall 10/10 class I wish I could take him again!
