If you don't like math, don't take this class. If you don't like numerical methods, don't take this class. If you don't like coding, don't take this class. If you're not going to do a PhD/go into research, don't take this class.

This class is a combination of multivariable calculus, solving partial differential equations, and coding some pretty hard stuff in Python. Professor Stenstrom is honestly very sweet and attempts to be helpful but the concepts taught in this course are very difficult if your background in math is not superior. The class being online didn't help either. Overall I wouldn't recommend someone to take this course and instead take a different class such as 250A.
