This professor is not helpful at all. Emailed questions and never respond. Leave the class unnoticed for a week without any updates. Yeah no exam this quarter, but each assignment worths 20% of your grade. If you miss one or didn't do well, bye. He will not help you at all, ready for self-study. If you want a responsible and helpful professor, he is clearly not a choice.

He made this class easy although he disappeared after week 7 lol
His assignments are doable, if you look at the lecture slides and listen to him the answers are all there. 5 assignments, each is worth 20% of the grades, and you have 4 days to finish it. Honestly, this is the best testing format for covid.

This class adjusted to the online format just fine!
The class is split up into 5 two week modules, with an online assessment at the end of each module. The tests are each worth 20% of your grade, but since everything is open note, it's not bad at all. The worst thing about the tests is that he randomizes every number so you'll be second guessing every number you put into your calculator (did you type this randomized 7 figure number correctly? I hope so). Assessments are almost identical to practice questions, so no nasty surprises

He's present on discussion boards to answer questions about lectures and tests, and he's not a bad lecturer. Would recommend, especially online!

Class is very easy and straightforward. However, your grades will get curved down A LOT so that Williams can meet "the 3.0 standard set by the department". Grades that are 90%+ will get you a B. Take that for what it's worth.

Williams is very straightforward and if you just understand the exercises in class and do the textbook problems you should be able to get a good grade. I feel as if management accounting is easier than financial accounting and the way Williams structures the course makes it simple to get good grades as long as you keep up. I highly recommend with Williams

Professor Williams is very fair and will give you everything you need to get an A. This has definitely been the fairest class I have taken. He will give you exercises in class and practice problems from the book that will directly be related to what he will test on! He is not trying to trick you, if you understand the exercises from class, the problems from the book, you will def get an A! Take this class but don't slack off! Just review the book problems and do the exercises and know def from slides and book.

I am selling the book I have the loose leaf version new and hardcover used, text ********** and give me an offer. I will def sell it way cheaper than the bookstore.

Really an experienced and funny professor. The class material is not hard and he often offered a lot of exercise problems in class . The workload is not that much and I would say it's the easiest management class ever.

One of the easiest mgmt classes offered. You learn some good stuff and get to listen to a guy that talks just like Jon Lovitz.
