Dr. Mares-Tamayo is an amazing professor. I learned a lot in this class. The materials presented in class were very engaging and informative. Despite this being a relatively larger class for the Chicano Dept, I feel like Dr Mares-Tamayo and teaching staff created a valuable learning community. I loved this course and would definitely take other courses with Dr. Mares-Tamayo in the future.

Dr. Mares-Tamayo is an amazing professor. I learned a lot in this class. The materials presented in class were very engaging and informative.
