Professor Dexter is such a lovely woman. She is very passionate about her research and truly enjoys her students. There is a mid term exam and for the final she gives you a choice between a final paper and final exam. The paper is due around week 8, so once that is turned in you are free to just enjoy the material. So while it can be a bit stressful during the first part of the quarter, you can relax and concentrate on your other finals the last half if you do the paper. Her exams seem overwhelming when you get the study guide, but if you just focus on learning one major essay topic, the smaller essay questions and 10 of the goddesses, you will do well. It is not necessary to try and memorize all of the goddesses - I wish someone had written this on Bruinwalk! The end video put everything into perspective - I wish it was shown at the beginning and at the end in order to figure out where we were going.
