The book used is very tedious and cluttered and you often wonder what you're supposed to learn. You can tell the professor is interested in the students and wants input but his lectures are like the book. You come out wondering what you were supposed to learn. I stopped going to lectures because I couldn't understand him. The material itself is not very difficult. Test scores were ridiculously low.

Probably the worst professor I have ever taken. He doesn't really teach you anything during the lectures. He just goes over the main thoeries in the book. But his explanations are very poor; just like the book. During the discussion sections I learned the most. If you must take the class, try and get a good TA. The exams are almost impossible to complete. The average of the midterm was a 17%. For a C you needed 5/40 points. He doesn't let you take in any notes nor a calculator.
I recommend not to take this professor. He doesn't teach you anything.

WORST PROFESSOR EVER. Don't let the fact that he is young fool you, he has no idea how to relate to his students nor how to teach the material. His lectures are absolutely pointless. The book is extremely confusing yet somehow he manages to make his lectures even more confusing. Although the midterm was multiple choice, it was nearly impossible, and he takes 1/3 off a point for every wrong answer, someone should tell him this is college and not the SATs. Avoid him at all cost.

Quite possibly the most boring person in the universe. The homework really doesn't help since his tests are nothing like his homework assignments, and his lectures, like one of the other reviewers said, are based on notes from the textbook (which sucks hardcore). Don't take this class with him. Save yourself the confusion and hours upon hours of pointless time spent wondering why you signed up for such misery.

He is by far the worst professor I have EVER had! He doesn't know how to teach. His midterm was really hard and the average was about 40%, but he did give a generous curve. You might end up getting an A in his class but you won't learn ANYTHING!
