Great GE, especially if you love watching films. We watched numerous eye-opening films, as well as some classics. The content was all engaging and the lectures were essentially movie screenings. In terms of assignments, the were only a 2 writing assignments the entire quarter.

This class was honestly really easy. There was very little work that was given besides the readings we did each week. During every lecture, we watched multiple films, episodes, or certain clips. Only on Thursdays we had an actual lecture that lasted for around 30 minutes. The midterm had nothing to do with the course content, and the final was changed due to the TA strike. This class was definitely easy, and it covers 6 units. The professor was very nice, but she did show up to class while sick. She also failed to communicate our final to us before week 9, as the class was under the impression the final was not going to be about course content. Besides that, this was one of the best easy A GE ive taken so far.

um well, she showed up w a positive covid result. did tolerate and understand the encampment which was a plus. but she just changed the syllabus every. single, class.. i swear to god. the ta i had was better than her by far. he should have taught bc she did not have office hours nor have any of the readings accessible. just not a good course. pretty easy, sure, but did not learn anything, can get by if you have a good ta.
