Before giving my thought I will first separate the professor from the class itself.

The class teaches you a marketing framework and provides you marketing cases to do. These are great. Now, the professor.

His communication skill is definitely a middle to low. Sometimes, it's hard to understand why he's trying to explain in class. Normally, I take a ton of notes from my other classes, but I can hardly take any for this class except for cases. Also, he expected you to read a lot and want participation. However, if your answer didn't align with what he thought, he would just rephrase your answer in his way of saying it. His lecture slides and the ads were okay fun, but the illustration of jargon is horrible, better be prepared to learn things on your own. He also misprounounce some simple words entirely that makes the concept harder to get.

Now, quizzes and assignments and a final project. These are extremely confusing. Not rly a clear guideline/rubric to follow. And, by the time they explain about them, those are already graded. What's the point lol?

Also watch out for his quiz. It can be easy or nasty. Some of the questions can be vague on what asking, and I definitely loss major points from them.

Recommendation for those who want to take:
Be sure you are a self-learner, you can grasp the concept easily by your self-studying.
If your the type who counts on professor and lectures, this is not a class for you.

Overall tho I learned quite a lot about the basic framework and marketing ways to look at companies this classes bc I spent almost all my time working for this class. Howver, the professor is extremely painful and not sure if it's worthy.
