This class was super straightforward and not too much work. Professor Steinberg really cares about his students and has a passion for the subject. Highly recommend for a writing II. I'm selling the textbook for this course - **********

Steinberg is one of the best professors I have ever had. He is very passionate about the course material and intends to spread his love of literature to his students. This EngComp 5W course was split into three sections: short stories, plays, and poetry. As a STEM major that does not love english, I was surprised at how much interest I had in the course material. WARNING: although this class is relatively easy, the homework is extensive and takes a long time! We only had three 5-6 page essays, but the weekly readings and responses were heavy. Please take Steinberg, you won't regret it!
