Sherno is AMAZING. The class itself was not too easy, but not too difficult. There was homework every night, but it was manageable. We had four essays due overall, and she does grade pretty hard, but it's in a very constructive way that helps you out. There are no "tests," only quizzes on the readings and grammatical concepts that are well-covered in class. Before taking her class, I felt like I had reached a plateau and that I hadn't really learned any new Spanish since my first couple of years in high school. She made me realize just how much I really had learned in my six years of Spanish. If you can, take her class!

Prof. SHerno is a wonderful woman. Her class was very helpful with imporving my writing techniques. She has a great personality that kept everyone laughing. She is also extremely concerned with her students' learning. The work load of the class was a bit large at time, but not too difficult. Prof. Sherno is awesome.
