Prof. Sherno is a great profesora. The first day of class I was about to drop it because the material did not seem interesting but I am glad I did not. Sherno make the two hours go by rather quickly and without the extreme boredom you must endure in other classes. She is very funny and makes you feel comfortable in the classroom and welcomes you to talk to her.
Grading breakdown: Oral group presentation 10%, participation 15%, midterm (take-home) 20%, final 25%, final paper 30%
I'd def. recommend a class with Sherno
