I took GE 21B with Professor Porter. He is a poor lecturer who is incredibly difficult to pay attention to. Although he knows the material, he has a difficult time presenting it in an understandable way. This quarter of the GE was much more difficult than the last quarter, and if I could do it over again, I would have dropped after the first quarter.

I took GE Cluster 21B with Porter. He is quite possibly the most boring professor around. His lectures are not nearly as interesting as Jacob or Hunt's. That said, the material he covers isn't particularly difficult if you do the readings and can write well. Watch out for the end of the quarter because the readings get quite complex.
