Gannon is one of the best professors I have had so far at UCLA. He is very understanding and seems to genuinely care about his students. His lectures are engaging and funny. He goes at a pace that is very reasonable for teaching new content and his tests were very fair. The homework was also not overwhelming. If you can take math 31A with him I would strongly suggest you do so. He is passionate about math which makes the students more engaged and super approachable if you need to ask questions. He is awesome!

Professor Gannon is a funny and engaging lecturer who assumes very little of the students when teaching introductory calculus. He made this class very manageable and welcoming for students who lacked a calc background.
