DO NOT TAKE!!!!
NO instruction on how to do speeches, had to be prepared every class to do a speech despite not having instruction. 24 page midterm, 10+ page brief that had nothing to do with the class...
The only thing that made this class bearable was the lady who would assist the prof. She tried to help.
DO NOT TAKE
This class was honestly super disorganized and difficult to follow. The class did not follow the syllabus at all and Prof Miller threw arbitrary deadlines at us every week. We ended up with a 12 pg paper and a 24 pg paper due on the same day because he was so behind on coursework. We also got very little instruction on any of our assignments, how to conduct proper speeches, and he often got irritated at us when we asked questions about what he wanted. I also found his jokes very rude, distasteful, and personally directed towards students at many points.
