Fall 2023 - She is an incredible professor! German can definitely be a hard language but she made it approachable and fun. She never makes you feel dumb for asking questions or when you are learning how to pronounce words. I also loved her stories about German culture.

Attendance is mandatory or you have to create a makeup video with the in class speaking assignments to get credit. You also must stay on top of the weekly assignments from the online textbooks and the bigger projects which will add up quickly if you are not consistent. Both the midterm and final are online can be taken as many times as you want. It may take a bit but you can get very high scores if not 100s on both. As long as you do all the work and stay on top of it, an A is very doable.

I wasn't able to take her German 2 course due to my schedule and am extremely saddened to see she is not teaching German 3 for the Spring 2024 quarter. I was really hoping to take it with her. If you have the opportunity take this course with her!
