LOVED THIS CLASS & PROFESSOR! She is the nicest person I've ever met at UCLA and is extremely understanding. If you need a language class this is for you! You do need to be there basically everyday because half of your grade is participation which is really easy even if you do not normally participate in class. She has a final and a midterm but gives you a study guide which almost matches exactly.

Fall 2024 - Professor Lejko-Lacan is truly a wonderful professor.Her classes are very organized and the workload is VERY manageable.She is also just a very sweet and cute.I throughly enjoyed the class and would recommend it to everyone. grade is based on participation, 2 mini papers and one take at home final exam The only thing is that she does take attendance so if you will be skipping lots of classes maybe consider not taking.
