Why wouldn't you take this class aside from the time in the morning? I honestly found this class so relaxing and stimulating for me as a good way to start the day. Tai Chi will always have a special place in my heart for the demonstrations, the repetition, the breathing exercises, and the discipline of the professor. He's a really nice guy. There is a final, but as long as you focus in class, you should be alright. Also, don't be late to class and attendance is mandatory, but this should be a breeze in comparison to the other classes you are taking. You'll learn a lot!
