Great professor—super qualified and engaging. The content moves quickly. There are only about five homework assignments, roughly one every week or so. The midterm wasn’t like the practice tests he sent out; it was much more similar to the homework. If you do well on the homework, your grade will be straightforward.

The material itself was just ok as Ive never been super good at Econ classes. However Professor Yin was super helpful, made lectures funny/ engaging, and was always willing to help out. He was super responsive with emails and helpful during office hours. I liked how he gave real world examples that made concepts easy to understand. The homework was super manageable and the tests weren't too bad. Shoutout to TA John for also being super helpful.
