I took this class as a GE, and it is the easiest GE I have ever taken. There was no test, no presentation, just some writing assignments that involved a bit of reading. There were supposed to be weekly reflections, but the professor cancelled some because he knew some students were going through the fire, their midterm, and their final. Our final is a two-page blog assignment on a topic we discussed in class that you found interesting. The professor actually takes the time to read through everything we wrote and provides feedback on it. Attendance in lecture and discussion is mandatory, but you are allowed up to 1 absence without penalty.
