Quarter: Fall 2019
Grade: A-

Tbh this was my favorite class of the quarter because compared to my other ones, it was relatively easy and straightforward. The textbook helps the most because it isn't overly technical or hard to understand, there's just a lot to digest.
Huang wasn't the best lecturer, I found myself nodding off a lot.
I liked Jin Cai more than the other TA, mostly because her section had fewer people so I had more chances to ask questions. She also knew her material and how to explain it to someone who had never seen the material before.
The class is curved overall, quiz, midterm and final averages are in the 60-75 range so as long as you read the book and know how to do the homework you should be fine. Just consistently score above the average and focus on your harder classes.

Quarter: Fall 2015
Grade: A-

Dr. Huang is very kind and genuinely wants her students to succeed. She uses slides during lecture, which are accessible via CCLE and are a great study tool. Her homework assignments are also very reasonable and a great way to prepare for the exams/quizzes. I would definitely take a class with her again because, for an upper division engineering course, she made 104 very doable and I felt like I learned a lot in that class!
