I really really liked this professor, she was super sweet and seemed like she cared about her student's learning. But, the class was pretty hard for me. The grading scheme is very different from other professors who teach this course, since homework is only 15% compared to the usual 50%. It also didn't make sense considering how time consuming the homework was. This was super frustrating since I normally did very well on the homework, but didn't do as well on the exams since they were pretty hard (usually only three questions). Also, zero participation since attendance was optional. I would recommend taking this course with another professor if you can, since homework is usually easier to get a good grade on. But, if you have experience with C++ (specifically C++ since I found it different from other languages) then you should be completely fine.
