Monthly Rent: $1900 - $2300
This apartment is so close to south campus! The pool is very clean, the neighbors are nice, and its a generally quiet apartment complex. Though it is near frat houses, noise wasn't really a problem. I lived in a studio with one roommate and it was pretty spacious since we didn't have a lot of furniture. It was a very comfortable apartment.
Danny was a super helpful and friendly landlord throughout the year! He's always looking out for his tenants and lending a helping hand when needed.
Lived at the complex for 2 years starting in Fall 2016, and overall had a great experience. The building is on the older side, but is very well maintained. It includes elevators, a pool, garage parking, and onsite laundry. It's also really close to campus, as I was able to walk to south campus from the building in about 10 minutes.
I rented a one bedroom apartment with two roommates, and since the living room was very spacious it never felt too cramped. The apartment had a lot of natural lighting, a large balcony, and the kitchen was upgraded right before we moved in. The apartment also included a garage parking spot at no additional cost, which was nice since it seems like most apartments in Westwood now charge extra for parking. Some nights, loud music can be heard from nearby apartments and the fraternities, but since noise does not bother me too much it was not an issue.
Danny is the manager at this property and he is very good at his job! He always wanted to make sure that residents were happy and felt safe. Whenever there were issues with our apartment, Danny would make sure they would get fixed asap, usually within the next day or so. He is also very friendly, and chats with residents when he sees them. Thanks to Danny, our rental experience went smoothly, without any issue. Thanks Danny!
The building is very nice and clean.
Very close to campus few minutes waking to campus.
The manager Danny is supper nice and very accomadating, he fixes anything reported very quickly. Danny goes out of his way to make sure that his tenants are happy in the building.
Also, the building is very secured and safe to live in. Spacious living room and kitchen, and the price was the best compared to any of the around buildings.
Also, There is a nice and clean pool area.
The apartment was very nice and spacious but the manager was the reason I stayed for two years. He was incredibly accommodating and always available whenever you needed him. He was able to install anything needed to improve our experience, which I really appreciated. My roommates and I relied heavily on him throughout the two years and he always came through no matter what. Would highly recommend living here as good management is very rare, specially in Westwood.
I have lived in this building complex for two years and it has been a great experience. The apartment my roommates and I rented was a very spacious one bedroom apartment with a very nice view of the pool. The landlord, Danny, is very nice and friendly, and concerned with the maintenance of the apartments. Definitely recommend this place.
My other 2 roommates and I pay $1,850 for rent total, which was $616 each. Our apartment has 1 room and a really spacious living room. Also, the manager Danny gave us a parking space to each with no additional cost and he sometimes asks for us to take care of other parking spaces so that random people won't park in them. This is great because we always have parking spaces to offer to our friends when they come over. So if one of your most concerns is parking, Danny is really nice about it!!! Also, our apartment balcony has a nice view of the pool, which is great! We started living in this complex on September of 2015, and after a year decided to renew our lease not only because of the short distance from campus, and the availability of parking spaces, but also because we have a really spacious apartment!
The landlord, Danny, is very congenial and willing to help make your stay in the building a good one. Sometimes you can hear the fraternities nearby playing loud music, people yelling/screaming, etc. -- not too bad though. Very short walking distance to campus, which is great. Overall I have had a good stay (stayed for about six months).
I've lived in this apartment building for two years, one year under the previous manager and one year under the new manager Danny. As others have noted, the previous manager was very bad (you can refer to old reviews of the building to know what I'm talking about). Ever since Danny took over, however, this building has been one of the best ones I've seen in Westwood during my time living here. The building is very well kept, and any problems that you have with your apartment Danny gets addressed ASAP (plumbing, lighting, etc). Danny also goes out of his way to make sure that his tenants are happy in the building, by actively introducing you to other tenants in the building and making small talk whenever the opportunity arises. Even after I moved out of the building, when I sometimes drive by the building and see Danny he'll stop me for a quick chat. He's a great life counselor as well :). Being chill with his tenants does not stop him from enforcing policies, however, which is important. We had some tenants in the building who would play very loud music and get rowdy on certain occasions, yelling racial racial slurs once that made some tenants in the building feel uncomfortable. Danny was quick and very stern in his reprimand to the group, and encouraged us to call the police if the event ever happened again in the future. The one negative of this building is that if you get one of the upper level apartments facing the frats, you can't really do anything about the noise from those building. Other than that though, I had a wonderful experience in this building under Danny's care taking. As a side note, the rent that we paid for an average sized 1-bedroom apartment was about 1900.
