A crusty place with shifting and unresponsive management. They started construction (dust, hanging wires, etc) in the hallways without telling anyone.

Management is obviously posting false reviews to make the overall star review of this place better than it actually is. I would give negative stars if I could

We are UCLA students who moved in after doing an extensive research on apartment in the area, and came to the conclusion this would be the best choice for our group for two major reasons: firstly; with all honesty, the rent is not cheap but it’s reasonable and within our budget. Secondly; of all the apartments we visited, this location has the family-friendly atmosphere. All residents know each other and end up becoming good friends - this is something we are looking for.

The move in was seamlessly. The manager and staff were extremely helpful, and professional. We did a walk through a day after we moved in which gave us an assurance that existing condition of the apartment is properly documented. My only concern is the length of the usage of the Jacuzzi on the roof. We’re hoping it will be extended from 10 pm to 12 midnight. We’re going to make a request on this for sure. So far it's been a great experience. The rental office is always courteous and accommodating, and so is maintenance. We’re glad we picked this as our place of residence. If ever we have another issue we will not hesitate in calling the property manager.

We have lived in our place for 2 years and can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was renting from 507 Glenrock property. Well, it’s not a perfect apartment, but it’s in a good living condition. Ron, the property manager, works tirelessly to keep them that way. He's the most honest property manager I've had during my time living in Los Angeles - he's on call all hours of the day and is responsive, kind, and always working tirelessly to make sure his tenants are content. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Ron, for giving me such a wonderful place to call home!

I'm an International Student who goes to UCLA for a special program. I remember vividly when i was looking for a place last year, I was about to give up because all apartments i visited in Westwood if not the property manager is rude, management ask for substantial amount of security deposit because of the fact that i'm not a permanent resident here in the US. But when i went to Glenrock Regency, not only the property manager is nice and accommodating, but their system made my apartment hunting a lot easier.

My experience at Glenrock has been amazing so far! I got really lucky with this place and everyone here has been amazing. Ron is the absolute best and is so helpful in every way possible. He really cares about the community and does an amazing job at making sure that all of the residents are always happy. It's a great place for anyone to live -- couldn't give it a higher recommendation.

Not well kept. Maintenance takes a super long time to get attention. Management says everything to get you in but doesn't follow through. I wasent happy here at all. Price is too high for what it is. Lot of issues with the apartment

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Imagine moving in excited all to wake up with roaches creeping out the apartment walls. Then one week later a major pipe bursting with water all over the apartment
Maintenance never gets done their motto is to avoid fixing anything
They smooth talk you in all the way
This place is out of the movie taken!!! Absolutely horrifying and they always make it seem there's no where to live but look around unlike I did there are plenty other options

They post false reviews. No one is happy here. The place is very unkept. Ron will say whatever to get you to move in. Come visit my place to see the truth. I cant wait to leave this messy "palace",
They accuse you of partying when you don't and forget about getting a deposit back. They almost cancelled my hold right before the school year after I placed a hold. I wish they would have now even if I would have been left with nothing. Better to wait for the ucla lottery.

I've lived here for about 16 months and had a great experience settling like in my own home. Glenrock has been a haven compared to the dorms. For the few times that I've needed maintenance, it's always been done in the same day - I just call the Manager who always picks up calls, then he’ll schedule a maintenance staff to come and do repairs. The location is great, everything is kept up to date, other residents have mostly been friendly, and respectful. I've never had a problem with neighbors.
The apartments are large and roomy. The management is extremely responsive and understanding. The building is nice and relatively quiet. The roof has a beautiful 360 view of the city with a Jacuzzi and an outdoor lounge set-up. Kitchen appliances are up to date, washers and dryers are available in the units. I get to meet other students who are friendly and nice to live with. The best part was that any needed repairs were made in a timely manner; management is generally friendly and helpful. We’re graduating this year. Will definitely miss 507 Glenrock!
