Lived here for three years I had a good experience elevator was broken all the time when I first moved in but now seems like it works.
We had a total of 7 people living in our 3 bedroom apartment which made it pretty cheap to live in. Ron was nice. We had to pay for only gas and electric only.
They have 2 managers who really try to make everyone happy. They also have a girl on the computer that helps people out when they are not around.
Few parties but Overall I recommend this place to others.
This apartment is incredibly convenient, located minutes away from Campus, De Neve, and Westwood. It's probably one of the closest places you can find to campus.
If you are a more social person and enjoy parties, the area is very tolerant of noise and located close to the fraternities. Sue me, but I'm more of the studious type stuck with 8 am classes on Friday, so Thursday nights tend to be incredibly annoying.
The apartment is moderately clean by Westwood standards. Place was painted, carpets were shampooed and cleaned b4 I moved in. Was very impressed.
The landlord and his manager Ron are friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
First off let me say that anyone who says the staff, especially Ron and the maintenance guys are unprofessional, either is a real a-hole, or simply caught them on a bad day.
Everyone here has been very friendly and professional to both my girlfriend and I.
I wish I could bring them along to where ever we move to next. My girlfriend and I have been living here for almost a year now and only plan on leaving when our lease is up because my gf and I are dog lovers and we can't have large pets here.
I've lived here since 2010. This was one of my top places I've checked out and I love the sound insulation in the place.
Hardly ever hear your neighbors and it's relatively quiet compared to the last place i lived. There's a spa and its kept very clean.
The manager is very nice and the maintenance folks are great. The place is always clean and zen-like. Gated Parking is available.
We NEED to sublet our apartment this summer!
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a very spacious dining and living room, a balcony and a very cool walk through kitchen that is connected to the living and dining rooms so that you still feel like you're in the conversations occuring in the living room even though you're cooking! All bedrooms also have huge walk in closets :) (aka awesome)
Also, each bedroom is big enough to house three full beds and still have plenty of floor space for t.v.s, nightstands, chairs, or for nail painting and costume making.
Notice entire building gets cleaned 2 times a week. It's maintained well.
Only complaint was
Had a broken microwave took 5 days to replace.
Overall it's a nice place to stay...
This is a condo building, so each unit is individually owned so they all vary. Because it's a condo building, it's well maintained and clean, and also very quiet.
It's managed by Ron he over sees the daily operations in the building. Most of the residents are students. If you see one for rent, be sure to go check it out.
The units are really big with lots of side by side parking (and even guest parking). I really haven't seen anything this big or with this much parking elsewhere in westwood.
They all have great balconies for hanging out and nice roof with great views.
Ron is a sweetie he helped us out a lot when we were living there. Some stuff broke but was fixed pretty quickly. The washer and dryer was not working for 2 weeks so they got us a new one. Very close to campus. Pretty quit building. Someone is there to help you out even at 2am in the morning.
Ron is a wonderful person and the apartment is very close to the campus which was very convenient for me.
Grocery stores whole foods and ralphs are really close by.
My apartment was cute. I lived in a 2 bedroom with a few friends.
Neighbors like anywhere are hit or miss.
Maintenance was always helpful and timely. Great for UCLA students was paying 650 a month and that included all expenses even cable and Internet.
I recently moved into this building for the year as a UCLA student. The landlord made sure to have my apartment completely re-done: new paint, new carpet, new fixtures, new shower head, new ceiling fan, and new knobs on everything. The apartment was deep cleaned and beautiful and has remained that way! The landlord is incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and approachable. I feel comfortable, as a young female student, living alone for the summer until my roommate moves into the apartment in the fall. The only complaints are: my Amazon package was stolen/misplaced when I sent it to this apartment. It is a wonderful place to live! The exterior and interior are always clean and attractive. The maintenance and administrative staff are all so kind and respond immediately to any questions I have.
Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend to any UCLA students looking for an apartment literally 10 mins away with minimal noise, always clean, and full of knowledgable staff. :)
Ron had called me to leave a review... I thought this was a good place to live. Had a great time living here. Some things broke but was replaced on a timely matter. Elevator had some issues. My unit was furnished. Had a pretty big living room. Very spacious. Wish I stayed another year.
