Flexible leases until June? Why would you not sign up.. cant find that in Westwood. Furnished, awesome. Cable wifi.. even better.
I made a great choice. Place was ready and clean when I moved in, and I had lived very close prior so this was a great uprade for me.
Ucla Student Housing- great people. their units are much cleaner and maintained then the others around. Furnishings are great, big tv, fast wifi, was able to order fights and football and have the boys over, huge bedrooms. I really appreciated that I didn't have to move a bunch of stuff watching everyone else deal with that headache, and I got a flexible lease term ending in June... pretty sweet. Didn't have to worry about finding someone to take over my lease. Location is great, and pretty quiet, cant hear frats or anything of that sort, but not too quiet either, social but livable.
The picture is not accurate this isn't even the building ? It's a picture of across the street but my review is for 516 glenrock with ucla.. very good place, had maid service included, management gets it and was extremely on top of things unlike in the past but I was with ucla student housing
Really liked the space you get for the money and utilities included was a good deal. Loved the flexible lease term as well no one else really offers that
Love the fact that I could start and do a june start. People are great management is nice , the girl is great, the guy is a little hard headed but pretty easy to peruse for upgrades
He even gave me a free pizza totally cool furnished housing company like the super bowl bennifits and suprises never seen that before
Apartment was chill spacious
Lived here for the past year loved how flexible management has been with us. Even found my subletter. Nice girls. Very helpful and nice when we needed packages or help, good choice out the dorms I can't compare it to anywhere else but I was happy here.. also good price and like the furniture options with ucla student Housing and the different options with cable etc
Also building isn't a party building but not extremely strict either which was great

I moved in here with a group of four, I thought these guys were a small company but they toured me seven complexes.. and showed me so many apartments, I chose this apartment at 516 glenrock because: its cheaper, clean, huge square footages, quick maintenance, pool, and parking. .. but the balcony was icing on the cake.. the office is also nice, staff is sweet gives free candy so stop by there.

Ok, they send free pizza all the time.. pretty great. Its so close to campus, even walking to my class at north campus wasent bad. Cant get a better location, or price. Thank you for providing such wonderful service during my stay, and for the free cable upgrade! (yea)!
Your not going to find larger bedrooms then 516 glenrock, and your never going to find better furnishings then with the company. You can sign up other places but the bedrooms will be small and it will not include anything. I am happy I chose this place and renewed my lease. I did like that I was able to renew and have three new people join me, I apprecicated the flexibility from management, that was pretty great, and they didn't raise my rent, nice ucla student housing management
