The price was very good for what I got. The building is old, but historic. So each apartment is a bit shabby but has tons of architectural character. The water, heat, and AC never failed me. I didn't deal with any sort of mold, just windows that were covered in years of dirt. I cleaned the windows and didn't worry about it again. If you are particular, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a place with character, space, a good location, and consistency at a decent price, this is a great option. Brian, the landlord, also treated me with such kindness, and I have been so moved but his kindness that I am writing this review now.
