Winter 2018 - Professor Finch is one of the best professors I have had at UCLA. Each class was very productive and I learned so much from both her lectures and my peers. That is a special skill of only a few professors at UCLA, where class discussion is facilitated, welcomed and insightful. I mostly appreciated the format of the class and how Professor Finch always brought the readings to today's relevance and connected things we have normalized in our everyday lives to legacies of power structures reified overtime.
