It was not a horrible class but honestly, I didn't learn anything. The class would be better as a lecture in my opinion. Since it was a seminar we literally sat in a huge circle and talked about public diplomacy but literally nobody knew what they were talking about and Sanders (although a smart guy) was all over the place and didn't seem like he knew what was going on either. The "TA" was literally in my grade and transferred to UCLA when I did. The only reason he was the supposed TA was because he took Sanders other class the quarter before (meaning he had never taken a Public Diplomacy class!). There was a group project, final paper, and weekly discussions. Average class overall, if looking for an easy A I'd choose something else before this.
