Spring 2021 - I really enjoyed taking this class. If you have the option to take Psych 120A with Professor Clewett you totally should! Although the tests were somewhat hard, if you put in the work you should be able to get a B or A on them. Lectures are podcasted (as of this quarter) and you have a weekly quiz most weeks as well as a small assignment and discussion section with a completion attendance question. 2 Exams. Textbook not really necessary. Would take another one of his classes in the future!

Fall 2025 - This was a really interesting class and Professor Clewett is a great professor to take it with. He's clearly really knowledgeable about the material and was very helpful outside of class, and he cares a lot about his students. The grading consists of: Participation: 10% of the grade, you can miss up to 3 lectures with no penalty Blog Assignment: 15% of the grade, 4 pages double-spaced on a topic of your choice Creative Media Project: 15% of the grade, 3-minute video on a topic of your choice, can be done in groups. Videos are watched and rated in class in week 10, top-rated videos earn extra credit. Midterm & Final: 30% each, hour and a half long with 40 questions for each one. Final was non-cumulative so each exam covered exactly half of the class. Allowed one page of hand-written notes for each one. Midterm average was 88%, final average was 92%. Extra Credit: Up to 2 grade points (added to final grade) for participation in SONA studies
