Winter 2018 - Pro: -relatively straightforward upper div -felt more like a seminar due to all of the guest lecturers -opportunity to be exposed to different types of research and scientists at UCLA -Dr. Mikkola is pretty nice and helpful Con: -slightly repetitive from what I've already learned in other MCDB classes -because there were guest lecturers every week or so, you have to get use to each person's lecturing style -not recorded
