This class was awesome. Lectures were super engaging, and Dr. Gober included lots of recipes in his slides, to directly relate the course concepts to! One of the most fun and interesting classes I've taken at UCLA! Even though Chem 153A is a pre-req, this is not a super "science-y" course, you'll only have to understand general concepts. That being said, the exams can be difficult (but definitely not impossible), but Dr. Gober himself said to "not worry about your final grade." (I ended up with an A after getting around a 76 on my first exam!)
