Biostats 100A One of the best lecturers at UCLA hands down. He turns statistics into something very interesting using applicable examples. I would recommend him to anyone, doesn’t even matter your major. You will learn a lot just from listening in class. Exams are fair too, it’s definitely one of the less stressful classes if your science. Overall: Great Professor and good class, take it!

Fall 2022 - I don't think "ML" really cared if we learned anything from his class. His lectures were boring and a pain to sit through, and I unfortunately had to go to all of them because his class was not recorded. The exam asked very difficult questions and required an unnecessarily deep understanding of the subject to even pass. During the first exam, I caught him wearing a mask to virtue signal. It was pathetic. Sisi was a good TA and I had no issues with her. However, I do have a problem with the purpose of this lab section in general. Even Martin said that we only have to do labs to complete "competency" requirements or some similar BS. The labs were never related to course content and felt completely separate. Labs really feel pointless, but I guess it's fine since they are free points.
