I took Scroggins for the Biotechnology and Society: Business of Biology cluster seminar, and I would recommend it. The workload was very manageable and I'm pretty sure he gives anyone who puts in the effort an A. The class was based upon readings, discussions, and a term paper. Every week, there were assigned readings and people to discuss the readings. Simultaneously, throughout the quarter, we were supposed to write a 12-page term paper on a topic of our choice. Time wise, it was all very manageable and often interesting. He also ended the 3 hour seminar an hour early every single week. It was very easy and satisfied a lot of credits so I would recommend it.
