Winter 2025 - I took the matcha and chado fiat lux with Prof. Carriger! It was really eye opening, and I learned a lot about tea practice, tea history, and aesthetics. This class definitely has less of an emphasis on matcha and more of an emphasis on tea practice than most students expected (myself included), but I would still highly recommend it!

Summer 2024 - This class was very interesting and I actually liked it a lot. My one problem with this class is that they were always actually 6 assignments behind for grading which made it super hard to integrate feedback. Overall though, great class, super fun and manageable class to take over the summer.
