Monthly Rent: $900 - $900
In reference to the picture, its not 516 glenrock, so I'm not sure how many reviews are for crazy lara with the accent across the street (who I lived with right out the dorms!) Our group moved from across the street, the apartment in the picture to 516 glenrock, not shown.
I moved here because they had hardwood floors and carpet gives me allergies.
The bedrooms were huge, and there was two full baths which was great among the four of us! The apartment was furnished which was so convenient and I am renewing my lease.
You get what you pay for. But with that said, it wasent bad. The bedrooms are the largest, the apartments are huge, the balconies are equally as large. You are paying for space. Is it upgraded? No, But when your paying this little who cares right? Were in college.
It is clean to college standards, and maintenance was pretty quick. Pool was great too when I did have time to use it
The picture is wrong! A new one needs added, any ways 516 glenrock is the apartment across the street. It is a larger complex, has a pool, the largest bedrooms in westwood, and the biggest balconies. Onsite management is nice and accommodating, its two ladies. Then there are the furnished units and unfurnished, both are nice. There is no carpet which is great and hardwood which is a much better option and easier to maintain! The grounds are well kept and the price is very fair, I will recommend this apartment to my friends.
This place has the largest bedrooms I could find near campus, and for the best price. You get a great value going with the housing company, with everything included. What is really great is management is onsite so when you need maintenance done you just knock on someones door. Common areas could be cleaner but overall great apartment I enjoyed.
The fourth floor is really nice! If you have the budget.. I highly recommend the fourth floor as it has super high ceilings, incredible views, and are nice places.. You pretty much get what you pay for. I looked around and saw multiple apartments the housing company had but chose this because it was within my budget.. yes it isn't their "perfect" building on gayley, but everything was clean enough when I move in, and it fit my budget. Great price, cant beat it, management was nice, and available.
I really feel I picked the best place because of the price. It is inexpensive compared to the rest of westwood, management was really nice throughout my lease term. and my roommates were great. I have no idea why the picture is not the right complex, its the one across the street with the Irish lady so that's incredibly confusing. Anyways my review was for 516 glenrock. Love that utilities were all included.
